Philosophy:
Whatever your physical, mental, and spiritual state may currently be, exercise
will improve your life. The many benefits of a well-designed exercise prescription
are truly amazing. I enjoy working with a wide array of clients to help them define
and reach their goals, and improve their quality of life. In my 20 years in this
field, I've helped rehabilitate clients recovering from heart disease, cancer,
eating disorders, and various surgeries. I personally tailor training programs
to fit any client's needs, from youth to seniors, from the deconditioned to the
athletic. To me that's what "Personal Training" is all about. Education

Philosophy:
I look at exercise as preventative medicine. The evidence and medical research
is overwhelming, and continues to show that exercise and proper nutrition will
reduce your risk of just about every physical or mental ailment known to man.
Along with being a fitness trainer, I look at myself as a coach, instructor and
most importantly a motivator and self-esteem builder. I provide fun, safe, and
effective fitness and nutritional programs to my clients, enabling them to reach
their goals and make fitness a more active part of their life. My fitness formula
is simple and includes the following: Fun, interactive sessions and instruction.
The seven dimensions of fitness: resistance training, cardio training, flexibility,
psychological well-being, rest & recuperation, proper nutrition and nutritional
supplementation when needed. Planned workouts with your progress recorded every
session. Rehabilitative exercise when necessary to strengthen your body's weak
links and prevents future injuries or rebound from a current injury. Areas of
expertise include supplementation and weight training, cardiovascular training,
weight loss programs, training overweight clients, and back injury rehabilitation.

Philosophy:
Fitness and exercise is more than just about looking good, although, that
is very important, but more so it is about feeling good and being able to do the
things you used to do or love to do with more energy and less pain. Your body
is an amazing organism with the ability to adapt, learn new things and even more
importantly the ability to heal itself. Exercise has been proven to heal many
of today’s ailments and diseases from heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and osteoporosis
to name a few. My goal is to help you look good, gain more energy for the things
you used to do, perform better at the things you currently do and prepare you
for the things you want to do. I use a systematic approach to helping you reach
your goals. I begin by building a strong foundation by stabilizing your core,
your joints and your connective tissues. After we have successfully built a strong
foundation, I will work with you in building your muscle endurance then depending
on your goals, I will take you through various stages which may include, hypertrophy
(increasing muscle mass), maximal strength and power development (force production,
speed, agility or quickness). I have 15 years of martial experience and 7 years
of personal training experience. Through these two disciplines, you will have
an innovative and custom program that results in a strong mind and a balanced
body. Education
