Personal Trainers are available to customize and optimize your workout. You'll get maximal results during your one-on-one sessions. Dates and times are variable.

For more information about selecting your own Personal Trainer, scheduling, fees, and making an appointment, learn about our Personal Training Program.

A Personal Trainer is also available daily to answer member questions about using our exercise equipment safely.

Karate

Shito Ryu Karate-do is taught at the Club of Mountain View through Pacific Martial Arts.

Mondays and Wednesdays

8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Fridays
8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Saturdays

8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m (noon)

Sundays

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
